Man wanted by law enforcement agencies of Rostov oblast, Russia, turns himself in to the Armenian Police
On Thursday, February 12 at 2 p.m. Artur H., DOB 1967, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory work carried out by officers from Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 167, part 1, point 2 /willful destruction or spoilage of property/ since January 29, 2010.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
