On the inquiries being conducted on the facts of electoral violations during the RA presidential election campaign

29 cases were examined and are still being examined at the police of the Republic of Armenia based on the information on the electoral violations during the RA presidential election campaign, received as of February 15. On 1 of those cases a material was prepared as information, subject to check, but was considered groundless and left with no consequences. A decision was made to refuse to institute criminal proceedings on 2 facts, the preliminary investigation and investigation bodies are preparing materials on 26 cases. 3 of them are conducted at Special Investigation service, criminal proceedings were instituted on 1 fact, the preliminary investigation is conducted by the RA NSS Investigation Department.
