The results of the latest spot check conducted by Traffic police officers
Regular spot checks were carried out in Yerevan city by officers of the 1-st battalion of Traffic police of the Republic of Armenia between February 17 and February 23, as a result of which 73 automobiles were  taken to the penalty area of Traffic Police: the driver of 1 of them had illegaly replaced the regular beep with a too louder one, 21 drivers operated vehicles under influence of alcohol and 51 drivers didn't have proper vehicle documents wtih them. 
Records of administrative offences were drawn up against 10 drivers for smoking while driving.
