Traffic police inform
The Traffic Police inform that works on placing speedometers controlling road traffic and fixing traffic rule violations on highways of statewide and interstate significance are underway.
Particularly, from August 20, 2013, speedometers which have recently been placed on the following sections will be exploited:
1. 80.2-nd km of «M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance, 1 speedometer, (in both direction): the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 90 km/h;
2. 89.4-th km of «M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance (Zangakatun village administrative area), 1 speedometer, (in both direction): the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
3. 118.6-th km of «M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance, 1 speedometer, (in both direction): the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 90 km/h;
4. 125.4-th km of «M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance (Malishka village administrative area), 1 speedometer (in both direction):the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
The Traffic Police once more calls on the drivers to keep the Traffic rules.
