Driver fleeds the scene after committing a running-down accident

About 00:05 on April 14, the driver of an unidentified model automobile ran into Andranik Hovhannisyan, DOB 1962, who deceased on the spot.
The driver fled the scene.
Measures are underway to detect the driver and his automobile.
