Fatal road accident in Dashtavan village

About 16:00 on August 16 Arthur Hayrapetyan, DOB 1964, while driving his «Ford» model automobile, lost controle of it, running into a cattleshed in Dashtavan village, Ararat province.
Тhe sufferer’s friend took him to his place, where Artur Hayrapetyan deceased an hour later.
Criminal proceeding is initiated under article 242, section 2 of the RA Criminal code.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
