RTA with fatal outcome in Kapan town

On Wednesday, July 22 about 11 p.m. «Mitsubisi Pajer» driver Hayrapet Qolyan, DOB 1992, died on way to hospital after his car left the carriageway in Kapan town and ran into a street lamp and a «VAZ-2106» parked on the roadside.
Investigation is underway.
