New speedometers to be exploited from March 24, 2014
Traffic Police of the Republic of Armenia inform that speedometer installation works on the metropolitan streets and highways of interstate significance are underway. In particular, from March 24, 2014, speedometers recently located on the following road sections will be exploited:
1. 187.4 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Armash village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 70 km/h;
2. 300.2 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Yeraskh village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h.
Traffic Police once again urge drivers to keep the traffic rules.
