On Saturday, May 2 at 1:30 a.m. Armenian citizen Arsen G., DOB 1987, was detained in Moscow, Russia and transported to Armenia by Moscow-Yerevan flight following special measures taken by officers from the General Department of Criminal intelligence of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted by Shengavit police division charged under the RA Criminal Code, article 112, part 2, point 6 (intentional infliction of grave damage to health committed by a group of persons or an organized group) since September 3, 2009.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
Arsen G. has been handed over to the officers of Shengavit police division..
