Due to the operational and search measures undertaken by officers of Central police division along with officers of Marash subdivision of the RA police, Rafayel V., DOB 1972, was detained in one of the houses located on Arhestavorneri street. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 266, subsection 1 (illegal manufacture, processing, procurement, keeping, trafficking or supplying of narcotic drugs or psychotropic materials with the purpose of sale) of the RA Criminal code since July 1.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
