At 07:30 on August 27 thanks to the operational search measures taken by officers of Bagratashen subdivision of the RA police, Artur V., DOB 1973, was detained in Bagratashen territory. The detainee had been wanted by Gyumri police division charged under article 207, sextion 1 /Manufacture and sale of fake wine, fake vodka or other fake alcohol beverages/  of the RA Criminal code since June 11.
