Due to the operational search measures taken by officers of Aramavir police division, at 09:30 on July 15,  Ashot S., DOB 1982, was detained on Hanrapetutyan street, Armavir town. The detainee had been wanted charged under article 242, section 2, of the RA Criminal code (breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death) since July 11.
