Wanted man conveyed on Yerevan-Moscow flight

At 20:20 on September 4 officers of the General department of Criminal intelligence conveyed Arshak H., DOB 1975, to the RA on Moscow-Yerevan flight. The latter had been wanted by Kumayri police division charged for theft since February 3, 2009.
