Police detain man wanted by law enforcers of Moscow city on charges of destruction of items of historical and cultural value

On Wednesday Augut 27 at 7:45 p.m. Baregham P., DOB 1965, turned himself in to Armenian police following explanatory measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Moscow, Russia, charged with destruction of items of historical and cultural value since 2010.
