Armenian police officers detain man wanted for theft in Yaroslavl oblast, Russia

On Wednesday March 5 at 2:30 p.m. Sargis M. was detained by officers of Armavir police division. Te detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Yarslovl oblast, Russia, charged with theft since October 9, 2013.
