Fugitive thief turns himself in to the Police

Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Mashtots police division Artur Q., DOB 1981, turned himself into the Police on Wednesday, November 18 at 12:30 p.m. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since November 17, 2015.
