Theft committed by a group of persons through prior agreement

On Monday October 20 at 10 a.m. Edvard Sh., DOB 1985, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of Malatia police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 2, point 1 /theft committed by a group of persons through prior agreement/ since October 7, 2014.
