Man voluntarily surrenders himself to the Police

At 23:30 on October 31 Ara Gh., DOB 1970, arrived in Armenia through Bagratashen checkpoint and voluntarily surrended himself to the police. The man had been wanted for hooliganism since September 6 of this year.
