Man wanted for complicity in swindling turns himself in

On Wednesday November 19 at 4:15 p.m. Edgar A., DOB 1979, turned himself in following explanatory measures taken by officers of the Central police division. Edgar A. had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, artice 38-178, part 1 /complicity in swindling/ since November 19, 2014.
