After 8 years on run man wanted by the Police of Yekaterinburg city gives himself up to the Armenian Police
Thanks to explanatory work carried out by officers from Artashat police division, Hambardzum G., DOB 1987, gave himself up to the Armenian Police on Thursday, July 23 at 5 p.m. The man had been wanted by the Police of Yekaterinburg city of Sverdlovsk oblast, Russia charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 111, part 3 / infliction of bofily injuries / since January 20, 2007.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
