New road traffic controlling speedometers to be exploited from November 8, 2013
The Traffic Police inform that works on placing speedometers controlling road traffic and fixing traffic rule violations on metropolitan streets and highways of interstate significance are underway. Particularly, from November 8, 2013, speedometers which have recently been placed on the following sections will be exploited:
1. 66.1 km of M-3 «Margara-Vanadzor-Tashir-Georgian border” highway of interstate significance, (Aragatsotn province, administrative territory of Rya-Taza village) – 1 double faced speedometer,the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
2. 20.6 km of R-21 «R-17-Horom-Artik-Alagyaz” highway of Republican significance, (Aragatsotn province, administrative territory of Norashen village) – 1 double-faced speedometer, the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
3. 25 km of R-4 «Yeghvard-Aragyugh-Hartavan-M-3” highway of Republican significance, (Kotayq province, Zovuni village administrative The Traffic Police once more calls on the drivers to keep the Traffic rules.
