Man wanted for theft in Novosibirsk, Russia, turns himself in to Armenian Police
At 13:00 on January 20 Pyotr D., DOB 1982, turned himself to Armenian Police at the Central Police division.
The man had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the city of Novosibirsk, Russian Federation, charged with theft since October 16, 2012.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
