On Wednesday October 22, 2014, Edgar P., DOB 1984, was detained at Bagratashen border crossing point following special measures taken by officers of Bagratashen police subdivision. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 3 /hooliganism/ since August 15, 2014.
