Man wanted by Saint Petersburg police surrenders himself to Armenian Police

At 12:30 on February 10 Grisha N., DOB 1971, surrendered himself to Armenian Police at Kotayk police division. The man had been wanted by Petrodvorets division of Police of Saint Petersburg city, Russia, charged with violation of the inviolability of the home since November 27, 2013.
