Works on placing new speedometers, controlling road traffic and fixing traffic rule violations, on highways of interstate importance are underway
The Traffic Police informs that works on placing speedometers controlling road traffic and fixing traffic rule violations on highways of interstate importance are underway.
Particularly, from July 25, 2013, speedometers which have recently been placed on the following sections will be exploited:
1. 30.4-th km of «M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance (Artashat town administrative area), (in both direction), where the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
2. 57.1-st km of «M M-2 Yerevan-Yeraskh-Goris-Meghri-border of Islamic Republic of Iran» highway of interstate importance (Surenavan village administrative area), (in both direction), where the maximum allowed traffic speed on this road section is 60 km/h;
The Traffic Police once more calls on the drivers to keep the Traffic rules.
