Russian citizen wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Pyatigorsk turns herself in to the Police
On Thursday March 12 at 1 p.m. Russian citizen Laura A., DOB 1966, turned herself in to the Police following explanatory work and special measures carried out by officers from the Central Police division. The woman had been wanted by law enforcement of the city of Pyatigorsk, Russia, charged for theft since September 12, 1997.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
