Fugitive swindler detained in Yerevan

On Monday, March 21 at 10:50 a.m. Robert H., DOB 1972, was detained in Yerevan's Garegin Nzhdeh square following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Shengavit police division.  The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 1/swindling/ since March 9, 2016.
