Police detain man wanted for insulting a government official

On Sunday, December 27 at 6 p.m. Sargis S., DOB 1986, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The young man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of the city of Pyatigorsk, Stavropol krai, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 319 /insulting a government official/ since November 23, 2015.
