Man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies detained in Shahumyan village

On Monday March 16 at 4:30 p.m. Khachatur M., DOB 1963, was detained in Shahumyan village following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Artashat police division. The detainee had been wanted by law enfocement bodies of Monchegorsk town of Murmansk oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 228, part 4 /illegal drug trafficking/ since November 14, 2014.
