Was wanted by RF law enforcement authorities accused of rape

On February 4, at 10:30, the police officials of Vagharshapat police division and Passport section detained Manvel B., born in 1957, in the Passport section. The detainee had been wanted by the law enforcement authorities of Trans-Baikal krai of the RF accused of rape since July 7, 2012.
