Man wanted by Russian law enforcers charged with swindling

At 16:00 on November 18 officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence along with officers of «Zvartnots» airport Linear division detained Russian citizen Garush N., DOB 1963. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Krasnogorski region, Moscow oblast, Russia, charged with swindling since February 1 of this year.
