Man wanted by Russian law enforcers charged with breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation

At 14:10 on October 16 officers of the General department of criminal intelligence detained Marat M., DOB 1973, at the intersection of Isahakyan and Nalbandyan streets, Yerevan. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Lipetsk oblast, Russia, charged with breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation since July 16 of this year.
