Armenian Police officers detain a fugitive thief wanted by law enforcement bodies of Kirov oblast, Russia

A few days ago Levon M., DOB 1975, was detained at Gogavan BCP following special measures taken by officers of Tashir police division. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Kirov oblast, Russia, charged with theft since January 7, 2014.
