Man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city detained in Panik village

On Thursday March 12 at 7:30 Manvel S., DOB 1950, was detained in Panik village following operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Artik police division of the RA Police. The detained had been wantеd by Department of Internal Affairs for Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky city of Kamchatka krai, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 238, part 1 since May 27, 2013.
