Fugitive thief wanted by law enforcement agencies of Rostov oblast, Russia, turns himself in to the Armenian Police
On Wednesday January 28, Ara H., DOB 1974, turned himself in at Bazum police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged for theft since September 29, 2014.
Custody has been selected as a measure of restraint.
The initiator of the intelligence and the public prosecutor of Lori marz have been notified of Ara H.'s detection.
Note: Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a manner prescribed by the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Armenia and found guilty by a court decision that has entered into legal force.
