Man wanted by Rostov law enforcers charged for hooliganism

At 00:30 on September 13 officers of Ijevan police division detained Garnik Kh., DOB 1966. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcers of Rostov oblast, Russia, charged for hooliganism since October 12, 2010.
