Man wanted for committing murder in Rumania detected in one of Tsakhkadzor hotels (VIDEO)

At 11:30 on November 12 officers of the General Department of Criminal Intelligence along with officers of Kotayq provincial Department and Hrazdan division of Police of the Republic of Armenia detected Ahmad Abubaqer, DOB 1990, and detained him on the spot. The young man had been wanted by Romanian law enforcers charged for committing murder since November 8 of this year.
