On November 19 at 11:40 the police officers of the Police General department of criminal investigation detained Manuk A., born in 1978, from the crossroad of Nalbandyan and Isahakyan streets in Yerevan, who had been wanted by Yaroslavl oblast law enforcement authorities on a charge of fraud in appropriation.
