Man wanted for murder surrenders himself to Police

At 19:20 on November 11 Norayr M., DOB 1975, came to Gavar police division and surrended himself to Police. The man had been wanted by law enforcers of Kemerovo oblast, Russia, charged with murder since January 3, 2009.
