Thanks to the joint measures taken by officers of the General department of criminal intelligence of the RA police along with police officers of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), Russian citizen Marat S., DOB 1985, was detected and detained in Goris town at 21:30 on August 5. The detainee had been wanted by  Moscow law enforcers charged under article 105, section 2 / murder/ of the Russian criminal code since July 3 of the current year.
