Threatens to murder and confines

On May 11, The center of operative managing of Yerevan city department of the RA police received a report from Karlen A., DOB 1935, who informed that a certain Hrach wanted to kill him. An at 11:45 the RA police received a report from Hrachik S., DOB 1938, informing that Karlen A. had come into a conflict with him.
The arrived police task force found out  that about 10:00 on the same day, Hrachik S. had threatened to kill Karlen A. with a knife during the conflict. The latter had rushed to Hrachik’s head, causing him physical pain, later Hrachik S. wired the garage door thus confining Karlen A. in the garage for 2 hours.
The investigation is underway.
