The murder solved

As it was reported on January 4, an alarm call was received from a citizen at Malatiya police division, who informed that his son, Ara Hunanyan, born in 1965, had left the house on January 3, at 14:00, and never came back.
As a result of the undertaken investigation and search operations, on January 8, at 17:50, Ara Hunanyan’s portioned corpse was found on the territory of the «Dalma gardens» gardening company, adjacent to the house 2/4 on Kurghinyan street, Yerevan, behind the house, belonging to Sergo Ye.
A forensic medical examination was assigned.
A criminal case under the part 1 of the article 104 of the RA criminal code was initiated at Malatiya police division. 
On January 10, at 12:45, as a result of the investigation and search operations undertaken by the police officials of Yerevan city department of the RA police and Malatiya police division, Sergo Yeremyan, born in 1960, (already convicted for murder) was brought from house 15 on Kurghinyan street to the police division on suspicion of having committed a murder.
He made a statement of acknowledgement, that on January 3,  hit Ara Harutyunyan with different things during the argument started in his house. The latter deceased from traumas, then the murderer portioned the corpse and hid behind his house.
Sergo Yeremyan is arrested.
