Driver flees the scene of crash after making sure that pedestrian is fatally struck

On November 3 Martuni police division received a report on a car accident on the 54-th km of Martuni-Getap highway involving Armen Torosyan's, DOB 1968, death.
At 18:35 on December 10 Arman H., DOB 1975, came voluntarily to Investigation Division of the RA Police and pleaded guilty. Armen H. reported that at 22:30 on November 3 while driving his «Mercedes Benz ML-350» model automobile, he lost control of it and fatally struck an unknown pedestrian, then, making sure that the man is dead, he fled the scene of the accident.
Investigation is underway.
