Police detain man wanted by law enforcement bodies of Volgograd oblast, Russia

On Thursday March 12 at 8 a.m. Henrik M., DOB 1976, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Noyemberyan police division. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Volgograd oblast, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 111, part 1 /infliction of bodily damage/ since October 11, 2012.
