Man wanted by Volgograd law enforcers charged for misappropriation of a car without the intent to steal surrenders himself to the Police

At 08:55 on October 31 Arman N., DOB 1988, came to Kotayq police division and surrendered himself to the Police. The man had been wanted by law enforcers of Volgograd oblast, Russia, charged for misappropriation of a car without the intent to steal since August 13 of this year.
