Elderly man died in hospital 7 days after being hit by an «Opel»

On Wednesday, September 9 Charentsavan police division received a report that Hakob Hakobyan, DOB 1939, was hospitalized after being hit by an «Opel Astra» driver Arsen D., DOB 1986.
On Wednesday, September 16 H. Hakobyan died in hospital.
 Investigation is underway.
