Young man wanted for kidnapping turns himself to the Police

Thanks to explanatory work carried out by officers from Gegharkunik Marz Department along with their colleagues from Gavar police division, Rafik N., DOB 1990, turned himsel in to the Police. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 131, part 2, point 1 /kidnapping/ since November 25, 2015.
Custody has been selected as  a measure of restraint.
