Wanted man detained in his own apartment

On Saturday November 1 at 11 a.m. Hovhannes A., DOB 1968, was detained in his own apartment following operational search measures taken by officers of Arabkir police division. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 268, part 1 /illicit Traffic  in narcotic drugs or psychotropic  substances without the purpose of sale/ since October 31, 2014.
