Police detain young man wanted for theft

Thanks to special measurEs and explanatory work carried out by officers from Avan subdivision along with their colleagues from Nor Nork police division, Artur M., DOB 1988, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 177, part 1 /theft/ since January 23, 2016.
