Young fugitive swindler detained at Bagratashen BCP

On Monday, October 12 at 10:30 p.m. Mkhitar H., DOB 1986, was detained at Bagratashen BCP. The detainee had been wanted by Malatya division of the RA Police charged under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, points 1 and 2 /swindling/ since June 2, 2015.
